Take the FREE Focus Builder Workshop Course

Submit (Email us) the Course Completion Certificate received upon completion of the course (no final exam required).

Click on the JOIN OUR DATABASE button below the Doctor Locator Map. Enter your information and Submit. NOTE: You only need to enter this info once. It will NOT appear until Step 4 is completed.

Once the certificate is received we will APPROVE your submission and THEN your listing will show up in the Doctor Locator list.
FOR THOSE ALREADY ON THE LIST: If you have NOT taken the FREE Focus Builder Workshop Course, please take the course and submit your Course Completion Certificate. If you have not completed the course by November 30, 2022, you will be removed from the list.
