NeurdSolutions was founded by Dr. Cedrick Noel, DC, BCN, DACNB, FABCDD and Dr. Jason Whittaker, DC, DACNB, FABCDD, FABBIR, Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologists in 2014. They are dedicated to provide a means for doctors and patients to have access to the latest brain rehabilitative techniques. They also provide clinicians a variety of professional education, mentoring and support, as well as patient education products such as brain anatomy posters, the Focus Builder APP - a functional neurology eye movement training app (available on the Apple App Store), and Focus Builder training.
Our patient education products and eye movement training app are ideal for chiropractors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and optometrists.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know the faces behind our company. My name is Cedrick Noel, I am co-owner and founder of NeurdSolutions. I have been in active practice since 2002 and specialize in Chiropractic Neurology. Our company was born out of our profound desire to serve patients by providing affordable tools to caring clinicians that share our passion to give our very best to patients dealing with complex conditions. We strive to create clinical and home based solutions that are not being met.
I am blessed to be married to my wife Kendra, Occupational Therapist in Neuro rehab, and have 3 young children that absolutely love to help disrupt my office flow when they visit dad at the office.
I have a great passion for providing information that is truly career altering for clinicians, so for any practitioner looking to revive their clinical outcomes with amazing clinical gems, you are the reason why we exist and we want to take part of your journey to making a powerful impact for so many complex cases in your office.
I began my journey in chiropractic neurology in 2006 and I have since acquired a certification with the American Chiropractic Neurology Board and a Fellow of the American Board of Childhood Development. I am so proud of our team for leading with our compassionate hearts and our creative intellect.

I’m delighted to be part of the NeurdSolutions team! I have been a patient of Dr. Noel’s for over 10 years and have personally benefitted tremendously from a number of functional neurology treatments he uses in his neurological chiropractic practice. I often said to Dr. Noel, “I don’t know how you do all you do on top of your regular practice! When do you sleep?” So, in the fall of 2021 when I mentioned I was looking for some part-time work, he immediately asked if I could come on board and help with NeurdSolutions administrative and website/marketing needs! I’m excited to help take a number of tasks off both he and Dr. Whittaker’s plate to allow them to be freed up to help more people in their healing process through all NeurdSolutions offers.
I have a strong background in advertising, graphic design, and photography as well as administrative support and management. I have loved working in these areas both nationally and internationally. One job took me to live and work in Amsterdam, the Netherlands where I met and married my wonderful, Dutch husband, Remco. We returned to the U.S. in 1986 and have been here since, trying out living in several U.S. states while raising our now two adult daughters.
It's also been a great joy to be involved in various ministry work most of my adult life, and much of it with my husband. In 2008 I started a non-profit ministry, True Identity Ministries. I’ve enjoyed writing and developing ministry books and resources, planning and leading events, and training other ministry leaders to help people in their faith journey. I love to travel and meet people from other countries and cultures and feel extremely blessed to have the opportunity to minister to people around the globe.
I’m excited to be a part of the team here where I can bring my passion for helping others and my experience and skills together to offer the best support I can to NeurdSolutions and those they service.
